questions with David Novak. David Novak, I'm here with you in the flesh. We never do this in person.

We have never done it before, but let's give it a go and see how it goes. All right, well, today we're

discussing your conversation with Carol Tomay. She's the CEO of UPS,

and this conversation is incredible. She's got so much energy. She's so dynamic. And the story

she tells just really exemplify who she is as a leader. You know, Kula, the thing that

really impressed me about Carol is that she's just so real.

She's authentic. She's very open. She tells it like she sees it. And she's passionate about UPS and is making big things happen there.

And it's a great podcast where I learned a lot just by listening to her.

incredible leader and has incredible lessons for all of us to learn from. And today I'm excited to

dive a little bit deeper into that conversation and ask you our three more questions for today.

Well, first of all, Kula, I'm glad you didn't cry because there was no reason to cry and

listen to the care. What was the part that made you almost cry?

I don't know. I was just feeling really inspired and emotional. Is that okay?

I guess that's okay, you know. I thought she was great, but she didn't bring me to tears.

Well, maybe I laugh so hard. I almost cried. So maybe those were the tears who came from.

But anyways, let's roll into today's questions.
