Busy little Friday for me. I had the opportunity to coach a group at the Vicarra event here down in Old Town Scottsdale today.

And it still kind of baffles me to this day that anybody want to hang out with me and talk to me and do fitness with me and get my advice on things and listen to the things I'm saying. And not that, again, that we don't die for this business in this life. I've given up a lot for this craft, to the study of movement and of people and of nutrition and of lifestyle. And today's podcast, we're going to talk on intermittent fasting, but we're going to talk about the three biggest mistakes that I see beginners make.
