I'm 48 at the time of this writing, and I've been in a few relationships and a few marriages. A couple of those relationships were toxic.

For all of them, I wish I would have known then what I know now.

But I’m a better person now for having gone through them (particularly the most recent one from 2023), because I learned so much about myself.

I learned what I don’t want and what I DO want.

I also learned three very important lessons that I want to pass onto you to help you recover and heal from any toxic relationships you may have been in (or are currently in).
