So the backstory was I had a kind of a thought process probably close to 20 years ago and I

asked a question. The question was what are the top 10% or so of salespeople in the world actually do that allows them to

outperform the other 90%. So we started doing a study through a company that

researched 14 different business verticals all commission salespeople, real estate lending,

banking, financial services, and we separated the group that made $250,000 a year or more from the group

that made $250,000 or less.

And we started looking at what were the commonalities
