We have a completely different atmosphere towards China and Washington now than when you were

there a decade ago or when you were speaking even two years ago.

Has it already happened that we backed away?

In some cases, there is some pullback, but for the most part, there's still the attraction of a

billion-plus person market that these tech firms, these U.S.-based and Western tech firms,

they look to China as, you know, this is the future. This is a potential
