Good morning my friends. Welcome back to the morning mindset. I have a question for you.

0:07.8

Do you realize, do you recognize the fact that you as a believer in Jesus Christ have escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.

0:21.0

That is the truth we're looking at today in 2 Peter Chapter 1. I encourage you, get your

1:36.0

So he's saying, by being one who is placed into Jesus Christ.

1:43.4

In other words, a Christian, we have received this reality that we have escaped from the corruption

1:51.3

that's in the world because of sinful desire.

1:53.7

So think of that word escape.

1:56.2

Imagine some big bad nasty boogie man was chasing you down

2:00.3

and you had an opportunity and you took it and you escaped somehow.
