you guys the different daily ingredients that make me my best self. On my fridge is a list.

0:16.5

It says daily ingredients. And on these are listed daily practices in different areas of my life that I

0:22.5

believe make me my best. This is not a to-do list. It's simply there to be a mirror to me to ask

0:28.7

myself throughout the day as I pass it through the fridge, which is all the time, hey, are you doing

0:32.9

1:28.2

Belly laugh. When's the last time that you belly laughed with me? It's, you know, with friends or

1:32.7

watching a video online or someone that you love, family. But don't take life so seriously.

1:40.1

I feel like especially for those that are in the personal development world, we can get stuck in this method of always wanting to improve and progress.

1:48.2

And that's beautiful and we should stay there.

1:50.7

However, don't take life so seriously that you can't sit there and laugh or you can't laugh at a dumb joke every now and then.

1:56.9

You know, I think it's important to take that time to laugh, to rest, to relax, to
