Hi, it's Kristen here with a resource for you on how to follow through.

After five years of coaching over 4,000 adults with ADHD from all around the world,

I have finally pinpointed a fatal flaw in the way that we ADHDers approach productivity.

0:19.1

Here it is. Here's the flaw.

0:24.4

We assume that our to-do list is full of the right tasks. We try to get ourselves to follow through without realizing that before we can

0:30.5

even follow through effectively, we have to ruthlessly evaluate our list and make sure that it's truly aligned with where we want to go.

1:29.1

your goals, and how to avoid being overwhelmed from overloading your list, and how to build a

1:35.4

tolerance for saying no to all of the shoulds. Now, this skill is a total game changer,

1:42.2

and once you learn it, you'll see why all those other methods

1:45.8

didn't work, were never going to work, and why this one will. So Monday, December 30th,

2 p.m. Eastern Time, I want you to join me, but you've got to sign up. Go to I have at ADHD.com slash free class. You can do that right now
