It takes a lot of guts to go out there, especially when somebody's trying to choke you unconscious or break your limbs. You know, it's not an easy thing to do. And it takes a lot of effort. You're going to get exhausted. You're going to have trouble breathing and, you know, it creates a lot of anxiety. And but one of the things I did that really, really helped was to stop focusing on the outcome. Like don't think about winning and losing. Think about putting in my best effort. Because when I was so focused on winning, it was too much of I need to do this, don't do this, you know, that kind of thing where it was like, no, just go out there, try as hard as you can. Like if you know you need to be aggressive, take a shot within the first 30 seconds. You know, set it up. Don't force it. But I need to do this. It's like just be focused on, you know, putting in a good effort, give 100%. And then be proud of yourself and be satisfied with the effort and not and don't worry about the outcome. And what happens is you put in the effort, the outcome will take care of itself.

Which is kind of, it's kind of insane when you think about it.

1:32.8

I want to jump off and just throw some whack shit out, right?

1:39.8

So I have a whole list of these stories to go through because some of these can't be lost.

1:41.0

1:43.2

They have to be archived in some way.

1:46.1

So I'm going to start with the Muscle Tech photo shoot. Oh, yeah. Right? You remember that? Oh, yeah. Okay. So that was back at what? S3?

1:52.6

Yes. Yeah. So the gym we had at the time was like a John Deere dealership in the middle of nowhere.

1:59.0

2:04.8

this whole thing right it's i don't know at the time if it was powerlifting or bodybuilding

2:11.2
