Hey guys, welcome to episode number 293 of the Industrial Strength Show.

I'm basically coming... three of the Industrial Strength Show.

I'm basically coming at you guys as close to live as possible this week as I am recording this show on early Thursday morning November 19th. This show will basically drop right after I am done recording it.

I guess this is about as close to live as we will get at

least for this year actually that is one thing I don't know if I've mentioned this to you guys, but one thing I have been thinking about, and I don't want to certainly don't want to over-promise and under-deliver. I'm more about over delivering. I rather under promise and over deliver.

But now that it just popped into my head as I started talking here during this little intro getting warmed up because I'm I'm in my

freaking basement recording this show by the way and it is freezing down here we we

have an unfinished basement. It's where I started building the home gym and it just kind of, we're like halfway done with it, so we still don't have heat in our basement and yeah it's like

39 degrees outside and not much warmer in here right now so getting getting a
