For those of you who have been listening to this podcast for some time,

you know that I've been a small business owner for many years now. I have struggled through some significant failures, and I've been fortunate to be part of some successful business

ventures. I started my first small business with a business partner back in 1991. And since then,

I've been part of 10 different businesses. I have started businesses from scratch, bought existing

businesses, and I've also sold several small businesses. I've been helping others with starting,

running, and growing a small business for over five years now,

and I have found that there are common challenges most people face on their journey to becoming their own boss.
