You know, I was saying, I'm not really sure to be honest.

Like I was trying to think about this all morning and like I feel like where I'm at right now, like with both my nutrition and my fitness like nothing is really

great but nothing is really bad either if that makes sense yeah like I just

started I well I started a new job two months ago and that's going really well so I'm like really

focused on that which isn't a bad thing but I've definitely lost some of the focus on like my fitness and

nutrition and pretty much just like I'm getting by but I would like for it to be a

little bit better on both ends I think.

Yeah I mean that makes sense well when you look at kind of like the pie chart of life you know as we grow one area you know as far as like focus goes
