Summary

Isolation is a common byproduct of unwanted sexual behavior or pornography addiction. As we continue acting out, shame builds and leads us deeper into isolation. On today's episode, we talk to Chandler Rogers, the Co-Founder and CEO of Relay (an app designed to help people break out of isolation). We discuss with Chandler why we isolate, why isolation is so damaging in recovery, what signs indicate we're beginning to isolate, and how to break out of isolation and live vulnerably with our community. Chandler also shares a bit of his story and how Relay is helping people find healing and freedom from unwanted behaviors.

out of isolation? Yeah. And it seems like that sound clip, that song is played in the kind of low

we feel like outside of connection with other human beings who can relate to our story,
