Today I’m going to get you all caught up my current life craziness, which mostly entails the #damndog’s diarrhea and more IVF “fact finding”. From there we’ll dive into meditation.    I fully admit to being a sucky meditator, but I think it’s important and potentially critical at this time in my life, so I’m determined to stick with it.    Today, I’ll share with you: Why I’m meditating 5 days a week How to keep meditions super simple  The meditation app I’m using (that I love!) Hello, shameless moms. So happy to be here today. I've decided that coming to record or sitting

down to record at my desk is like my happy place. It's my reward. It's where I want to go when my list

of everything to do is way too long and way too overwhelming. All I think about is, I just want to

sit down and record podcasts. So I think that means that I've found something that I might be

falling in love with because I'm wanting to use it to get out of doing all the

stuff that I'm not in love with. So yeah, I've been looking forward to sitting down to this all

week. And this has been another, so I think we're on like week five of what the hell is going on

with our life, just constant chaos and craziness. And add to that, we had some other, like add to the normal somewhat controlled chaos that

was scheduled for this week.

On top of that, we had some issues with the dog, the hashtag damn dog.
