Like I've said before, this is a work in progress over the past year, but really over the

past decade of my life, putting this story together from starting bear performance nutrition

out of my college apartment in 2012 while studying nutrition and in the ROTZ program to

going and joining the military, active duty infantry officer, completing Ranger school

and scaling the brand to a multiple seven figure brand that it is today located just north

of Austin, Texas.

That is now live on Amazon and it is in ebook, paperback, hardcover and the audible version

will be available soon.

But we're going to talk about today in kind of honor of the book 25 hours a day.

I'm going to tell you some Ranger school stories.

I opened up a Q&A on Instagram a few days ago asking what people want to hear in the

podcast here soon.

We have a bunch of episodes planned and projected, but I wanted to throw in a bonus episode

here talking about what a lot of people requested Ranger school stories.

Now I did a YouTube video on this years back and my story with the US Army Ranger school

is it's different.

And I'll dive into that in the reason why.

Going through Ranger school, a lot of people have different perspectives and experiences

there.

And for me, it was life changing.
