And today we have an amazing episode. Kyle playing this one all up. He was just so fired up. He told me he woke up in the morning and he just he got fired up. He's like, I'm going to teach people how to get lean for summer and not only just get lean, but to stay lean because I believe anyone can shred down, but staying shredded, you know, knowing the tips to make it part of your lifestyle isn't the easiest. And I just want to give you a bit of a backstory. And Josh may remember this a couple of years. It's a hot boy Pfizer summer, right? That's what everyone's been saying. Really? People have been saying that? I've seen a bunch of memes of like kids going up to our border saying it's a hot boy Pfizer summer. And everyone's saying they're alled and waxed and ready to go. Holy crap.

I haven't seen any of that stuff. But anyway, I'm ready, man. Summer's coming up.

You know, I just was dieting down in a deficit, just doing everything that I should have.
