At 16, Josh Bryant immersed himself in the world of strength, managing a hardcore gym and learning from experienced lifters. He worked with powerlifters, athletes, and more, from observer to coach. Interning at a D1 University and training world record holders expanded his knowledge. Josh achieved milestones like a 600-pound raw bench press and winning Strongest Man in America. Training diverse clients at Metroflex Gym, he grew his reach through online coaching, bestselling books, and popular training programs. Additionally, Josh developed personal training certification courses and currently hosts seminars worldwide.

Today, Josh creates the strongest individuals, helping them become their best selves while assisting tactical athletes.
