I was like, this is ridiculous. Can't touch my toes. I need to get flexible and I felt very drawn to trying yoga and I did and pretty much immediately after my first class I was completely hooked. We call it like, you know, being bitten by the yoga bug, which is basically instead of liking it and going to a yoga class once in a while, |
