The last time we sat down for the show was in Eugene back in summer of 2021. Wow, time flies.

And so much has happened since then. Emma fills me in on the year that was sharing her highs and lows chatting about her experience both in Boston, placing fifth and top overall American in the marathon. And also the difficult time she had running the Chicago marathonathon this past October, tearing her planter.

She also shares the highs and lows of home ownership, having to deal with a plethora of unexpected things since purchasing her new home in Boulder,
