I wrote an investing book a while back that we're probably going to bring under this 80-20 guide

umbrella but the idea is you know the Pareto, 80% of your success comes from 20% of your

effort, 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your customers, 80% of your

problems come from 20% of your customers, 80% of your

team issues come from 20% of your family, which is your one teenager. Anyway, Pareto's principal. You can see it all over, all over

the place and it holds true in business, it holds true in family it seems and I really like that concept as it relates to just kind of

tackling issues so in the investing book that I wrote many years ago we just

hey, if you know just this 20%,

you'll do better than 80% of the people out there.

And I decided that I wanted to really tackle

the idea of debt consolidation because you see that all the time still to this day

You see people wondering if they should consolidate their debt not get out of debt but consolidate their debt just moving things around shifting things
