Well, probably a couple months ago I was working out. And, you know, the gym was pretty empty. There was lots of space to, you know, kind of chill and vibe out. And I looked over and I saw this guy on the ad doctor machine |

| 2:31.9 | photo or something you put on Instagram you're like what is and I actually, but it's a private gym. I think we're the only people in there. Like, it's kind of funny. You know, we like to poke fun. But yeah, especially in public gym, sometimes it's like you got to get it on. You know, like people that will kind of stay on that bench a little bit too long or another good addition. You know, a funny thing I find is when people are like done, but they're still talking to someone near the equipment. It's like just wipe it off and move on so someone else can jump in there. But yeah, that's a, that's a funny one. Yeah, and it depends on your gym situation. A lot of them just don't have like, you know, six quad extension machines. So it's like, you know, we always talk about timing your rest. We always talk about and like at the end of the day, do you really want to be on that machine for like 20 minutes? Like there's got to be something going on there. So time your rest, you know, do what you need to do. It'll save yourself a ton of time and a lot of other people from frustration. Number two. yeah, before you jump into that, I'm so just excited to go through this list. And, you know, if you're kind of like, I think I know everything already, like you might be surprised. You know, it took me every year, I swear, I learned like some new intricacy of the gym environment. You know, people call it a jungle with a bunch of different animals, you know, in there, you got your gorillas. You got your gazelles. You got all that different kind of stuff. And it's kind of interesting seeing how everyone, you know, associates and interact. So I think you can learn a lot, you know, from people of different camps because you might be super into piloting, bodybuilding, or just general health or running. but you know and you kind of got to learn to balance with all these other people so this is definitely a really fun |
