Summary

In today's episode, Emily is talking with the legendary India Paulino. India is an IFBB Bikini pro, Olympian, 3x Arnold Classic Champion, 15x Pro champion, wife and mama, personal development & conscious parenting coach and former law enforcement officer. She took a 4 year break from competing and just recently got back on stage this year where she is absolutely crushing it once again. Of course the ladies talk about her return to the stage and how she has adjusted to the changes based on the evolution of the bikini category. They start out with discussing what brought India into the bodybuilding world and what made her start competing. She shares how she was able to balance her passion for competing with her job and everything else she had going on and the challenges she faced. India explains how she was able to cultivate self awareness and how she was able to make massive changes in her life through personal development and meditation. The ladies also talk about conscious parenting, prepping on a vegan diet and being able to protect yourself as a woman. You don't want to miss this incredible conversation!

episode, we are interviewing one of the OGs of the IFBBBikini World, India Paulino.

0:23.8

And I'm really excited to get into today's episode.

0:26.0

We talked a lot about a bunch of different things, actually, from conscious reparenting and personal development, to competing and her goals, to women's personal safety and responsibility and the opportunity to be self-aware

0:39.9

and to be able to protect yourself and some personal stories that we get into which are

0:44.5

gave me chills and her chills too just even think about you know some of the things that

0:49.0

even just we have personally experienced when it comes to that and our conversation is I think

0:53.9

really important.

0:54.6

It just, I feel it we touched on a lot of things that we both feel very strongly about, but about,

1:01.2

you know, conversations that I think really need to happen. So I'm excited for you guys to

1:05.5

listen to that today. But before we get into that, I wanted to share with you the Cure Nutrition

1:10.5

product of today.

1:12.2

So today's product is RISE, and RISE is something that I have been using when I want to

1:17.6

replace my second cup of coffee or if I don't want to be drinking an energy drink, I will use RISE.

1:24.3

Rise is a neutropic formulated by Cured's very own in-house clinical herbalist. It contains a

1:30.1

blend of lines mane and cordy-sips mushrooms as well as a bunch of other things and broad spectrum

1:35.7

CBD. So I take it because it really makes me clear and focused and I don't like blasting my

1:42.9

adrenaline with caffeine and tons of coffee and tons of

1:46.1

energy drinks. When I do that, my whole system just feels really tired, like mentally, physically,

1:51.5

I just feel really drained. Whereas when I go for a new tropic like rise instead, I actually just

1:57.7

I feel really good. My energy is really good and I don't feel that same weariness or exhaustion that I do when I know that I'm blasting

2:05.2

my adrenaline with way too much caffeine.
