TMI but I'm about to get my period so I basically feel like I took an Adderall I don't know if that happens to anybody else like I'll feel amazing a few weeks before my period because my progesterone is pop in, like I feel calm and happy, I usually sleep amazing.

I know when my progesterone is peeking because I fall asleep at like 8 o'clock at night and then it drops and it's like
