Alright, welcome to episode 280. Hello my friend, welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who this and today I want to talk about glowing up the glow up.

I don't know about you, but I hear that a lot. You know, that person really glowed up since the last time I saw them or coming out of a breakup that someone really glowed up.

It's the glow up. It's this idea that you can just like totally transform yourself. You know, to transform yourself.

I think that's a really dope idea that no matter who you are right now, no matter how long you've been this way, how stuck you might feel whatever, that you can glow up, that you can transform yourself completely.

I love that idea so much and yesterday I saw a quote forgot to save it, but it was something along the lines of, you know, this is what it means to glow up and then it was, you know, yada yada yada.

Basically saying no, it's more than just hitting the gym and getting a new haircut or whatever. So I saw like quote and I was thinking about this, like what does it mean to glow up in my mind?

What does it mean to glow up? And I think this is relevant because I don't know about you, but I think we're all like overdue for a glow up. We're all overdue for this.

It's like it's finally the spring almost a summer. We've been through a lot together. I'm starting to feel the energy. I'm starting to feel the vibes.

Things are moving. Things are shaking. And so I think it'd be so dope if all of us just like committed to glowing up.

It's like a group challenge, you know, we all put our hands in and one, two, three glow up. That's super cringy, but you give it my point seriously.

I think now is the time to glow up and I think it'd be really cool if we all made a decision to transform ourselves in some way.

So I wanted to take this episode to talk about what I think it means to glow up and how we can actually do it. Because as with anything that I talk about in this podcast, I think it's actually quite simple. And it doesn't mean that you need to completely reinvent yourself.

It doesn't mean you need a new gym membership, new drip, new hair, new friends, whatever. It's a shocker all about mindset.

I think in my mind, the real glow up isn't necessarily about reinvention. Right. I think so much of the time we think that to change ourselves to transform ourselves.

We need to reinvent everything. Right. We need like a new identity, a new better identity and identity that is confident.

Zero flux given nothing bothers me now. I'm at peace like this new person. And then we go about the process of trying to create that person. Right. We do.
