So let's start by getting real about Valentine's Day, shall we? Those of you who

know my work know that I don't really subscribe to it, I'm not really into it, I

think it's very exclusionary. I really think it's just for like chocolate

makers to make money or you know the amount of roses that people purchase which is terrible for the

environment anyway not to be a downer, because what I say

is that you can be your own Valentine every damn day, literally.

Because I firmly believe that self-love is the only path to any other love that is worth having, right?

Knowing who you are, treating yourself with kindness and consideration.

So I've got a brand new, beautiful Valentine's Day ritual,

and really it's not even Valentine's Day. We just call it

self-love ritual and gonna do it on the 14th because that's what everyone else is

doing whatever it is that they're doing. So let's talk about it. First of all, I wonder how many of you
