I just remember leaving that night and not being excited about the success that I had,

but figuring out that there was something bigger.

If she was driving the car and he got out, she could have just left.

There's really no winners in crime, you know, especially in homicide investigations.

And that's one of the things that we carry around with us,

because it always starts with somebody getting killed.
