Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Mistakes. Do you ever make mistakes? I sure do. Have you ever done things in the past? Which right after you do them, you wish you hadn't I sure have. Oh what about something you wish you wouldn't do but then you keep doing it?

0:32.0

Have you ever done that? I have. It really is one of the

0:36.3

perplexing things about being human. The mistakes we make because we all make

0:41.8

them and sometimes they are small but sometimes they are just devastating.

0:48.1

But the question that I've tried to ponder over the years is when we make mistakes because we're going to, what's the best approach to deal

1:28.8

What do we tend to do?

1:31.0

1:36.5

tweet, or a news article, there's the comment section.

1:41.3

And again, if you've ever had a chance to look at the comment section, I think we can

1:45.9

agree that the majority of people tend to be very harsh toward the antagonist, the person

1:52.2

that caused the damage or the harm.

1:55.0

Rarely, if ever, do we see comments about,

2:00.0

yes, this person did something wrong, but they're still a human being and we need to love

2:05.1

them and help them to get better because there's something wrong with them and they need help.
