Okay, so let me get, I'd like to make a segue here maybe into, to include Jay.

Yeah.

Hopefully he's not feeling too, yeah, neglected here.

But I definitely want to get back to, again, some of the Mormonisms about mental health

and some of the things that maybe, you know, either were set to you or some of the things

that even you maybe set to yourself as far as coping with mental health illness.

So let's get back to that.

Why don't we start Jay with kind of, you're giving a little introduction about kind of yourself

and jumping right into what this was like because if we go back into your childhood obviously

from age six on, you were very much dealing with this and it sounds like your mother probably dealt with

these kinds of issues all throughout your adolescence and so yeah.

As a side note, I hope that I can, one of my goals is to try to help those who might not understand

and why they can't see it.

My goal is to sort of, I hope, help them at least understand how I came to be able to see it
