Okay, so you mentioned anorexia and we probably spent about 10 minutes or so before I started

the interview, just kind of getting some basic history from you and I've got quite the

list here of diagnoses that you've been given throughout your life.

So can I just kind of go down that list and then we can kind of just get a little bit

of your history on some of these and whether or not you feel like you truly had all of

these or if they were just given to you because of all the complications and you know whether

maybe some mistakes were made.

But I have down dissociative disorder, I have down depression with obviously extreme

to the point of suicidal ideations and also you were cutting and burning yourself, I've

got dysthymia which is a lower case of depression which is more chronic depression but maybe

not a severe.

We've got bipolar which is also another form of depression that includes manic episodes.

We've got borderline personality disorder and passive aggressive personality disorder which

is no longer in the DSM4 but I remember it was in the DSM3.

We've got a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder, PTSD.

We've got anorexia, we've got OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder which falls under the anxiety,

cancer we've got generalized anxiety disorder and then currently you've got again under
