I'm reading a book, thoroughly enjoyed it, or enjoying it, I'm almost done with it.

And it's called What Doesn't Kill Us. It kind of goes around this Dutchman named the Iceman.

There was a documentary about him from Vice,

and his name is Wim Hof.

And I also caught interview with him

on the Tim Ferris podcast, which cause more reading and more research.

Anyway, you can read the book.

It's phenomenal.

The idea behind it is that our bodies in these rich environments where we live, our bodies don't get stressed.

We're always sitting at 72 degrees, 75 degrees.

If you're a little warm, you turn the thermostat,

you know, up or down to maybe 72.

If you're a little cold, you turn it up,

you know, whatever, throw a little sweater on.

You have everything you need, you're totally content you might have

a warm beverage or something and your body just kind of always is in this state of total

contentedness and we are hardwired to seek out those things and what we're

trying to do what what whim off doesn't he calm the ice man for a reason but cold

is a treatment.

So I took some liberty and as I was reading the book I'm thinking well I'm going to do one of the things they're talking about I'm going to start taking cold showers.
