Once you've saved all that money, what are you supposed to do with it? You don't want to

I mean you'd want to spend it right? You wouldn't want to go to your grave with it. You can't take it. People have tried.

So you spend it. And we just recently got back as a company from our annual

retreat where all the full-time employees get together. This time it was in a

massive beach house at the Outer Banks in North Carolina

and we just relaxed, played games, swam in the very cold ocean, swam in the pool,

got in the hot tubs, ate any number of sweet things, had

caters come out, we had a clam bake, we went kayaking, it was phenomenal, it was a whole week and granted I'm with basically

the best group of people, immediate family, you know, excluded in this statement, best group of people

on the planet.

And so they're just fun to hang out with, period.

But the idea with the retreat, and I know I've talked about this in the past, We save up for that thing. We save up all year long for the retreat.

So we fly everyone in, we just enjoy ourselves, we don't give a second thought to how much it costs because we've thought

about that already. So in the moment of our vacation, our big retreat, we're not

thinking, ah, should we, shouldn't we? We already had that whole conversation in

our minds or with each other and we're ready to roll.

We're ready to just spend the money and enjoy it.

No guilt, no second guessing.

And it's a nice way to vacation. I would encourage you to follow this retreat mentality with

your own vacationing, save up for it, plan on it, spend the money joyfully, and enjoy yourself.
