You're probably not going to make it big with just one product and if you're thinking long-term, you have to expand your offering. At some point, you will reach market maturity. In this episode, I talk about how you can expand into different product lines.
People tend to focus too much on the first product, which is important, but it's essential to think about the future of your brand. It's going to take multiple products to get to a million dollars in sales.
