Hey there and happy December. If you're like me, December is when you get into dreaming mode of all the possibilities in the garden next year.

And one thing you may be considering is how to grow citrus. I know for me that's been one of those crops that I use a lot, lemons, limes, and that's just the beginning I've learned today.

But many of us live in an area where it's not possible to grow citrus without some kind of intervention over the

winter. But for many of us, it's still possible. And so today we're going to be talking to a citrus

farming and growing expert, John Panzerola of

Panzerola Citrus.

He is a retired chemical engineer who lives in Texas and he grows so much citrus and lemons

and limes are just the beginning.

I had no idea all the variety that is possible. And he's going to talk to us

about what citrus needs to grow and then what we need to do specifically during our winters

if we can't overwinter citrus in our climates. I do have to give a shout out to a podcast
