We're back.

We are trying to get back to regular episodes, despite the very, very difficult situation that we have going on over here.

For those of you who are just randomly stumbling across this podcast. So earlier this year, starting late

summer, early fall, my 19-year-old daughter, who was a sophomore at Texas A&M, started having

dizziness and some headaches. Her symptoms got worse as the school year started. And so we thought, obviously, it's migraines. It must be

stressed. This was her first semester as a double major. Obviously, it's stress. We did a CT scan just to

rule things out. And as I said in a previous episode, this is going to ruin a lot of hypochondriacs day, but the scan showed a tumor, that tumor turned out to be cancer.

And so that was October 2nd that we got the diagnosis.

And she had a 10-hour brain surgery involving four neurosurgeons on October 6th.

It's been a heck of a month over here.

It's crazy, Caitlin, that we were living normal lives in September.

It was like life was normal.

I did have, I was like, we need to get Lane into the, into this migraine clinic because

she's having some migraine issues. But it's like, we need to get Lane into the, into this migraine clinic because she's having

some migraine issues. But it's like, this has all been in October. Um, so I am, I am here to

give you guys some updates. This is the most unplanned episode I have ever done. I have notes

of things I want to talk about. There is no way that any of these

things go together. But I love you guys and I want to keep you updated. So this will be a hodgepodge,

a real hodgepodge of what's new and what's going on. For those of you who are new here,
