In today's episode, Emily has two guests on that were attendees of the Evolve Retreat earlier this month. Please welcome Sarah Budzyn, a Transcend HRT wellness specialist and NPC competitor, and Sarah Forsythe, a naturopathic medical student, Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor and both ladies are joining us via zoom from Michigan. The Sarah's as we call them now, became instant friends at the retreat. They connected almost immediately not only because they share the same name, live in the same state (only miles apart) and have birthdays one week apart, but because they were in the same place, at the same time, desiring the same thing, to evolve. The two ladies share with us what led them to go to the retreat, what they expected from their time in Houston, and their overall experience during and after the retreat. 0:19.6	As a lot of you know, I just had Evolve the
0:22.2	retreat, which is the in-person, tangible experience of evolving with myself and the rest of
0:27.5	the Evolve community. This was an open retreat where anyone that listens to the podcast,
0:33.7	that is friends on Instagram, that is a part of my coaching programs. Anyone at all could join.
0:38.6	And we had such an incredible group of people.
0:41.5	And there was a lot of transformation, of personal growth and development, deep connections
0:45.5	that were formed.
0:46.6	And it really was just such an event in a weekend where we're all actually kind of
0:51.2	having a hard time putting words to it.
0:53.5	So I figured today I would
0:55.1	bring two of the guests that were at the retreat, bring them on to today's show, and share
1:00.5	with you, you know, how important it was for them to take the leap of faith, to sign up for the
1:05.6	event, to, you know, put themselves out there in an uncomfortable position where maybe they

1:11.6	And I believe they did it with the hopes that maybe they would form some connections.
