Okay. So maybe you're trying out intermittent fasting or you're trying to do longer fast.

One of the things that I get questions about all the time is what is going to actually break your fast and what is not going to break your fast in the term of liquids. So the word fast in the Greek means not to eat. So technically you would say, okay, well, if I'm drinking something, is that

okay? Well, here's the thing. Liquids, because we automatically assume, hey, it's liquid, it's not

food, therefore I'm not eating. Is it going to

break my fast? Well, here we go. I've made this great chart, so take a look. And I'm going to just

go down the list one by one of what's good, what's going to break your fast, what is you can use

for a transition, but you need to work your way out of, and what you can use for a transition but you need to work your way out of and what you can do on a

longer fast so there's three different types there is intermittent fasting are you going to do this

for a transition or a crutch drink and what i mean is recently i just broke my foot and I needed crutches. And so obviously
