But like, depending on what your current and your desired state are, those things might be moving you in the wrong direction.

This week's guest interview is possibly my favorite guest interview I've done this year. In recent memory, for sure, I absolutely loved it. It was one of

those things where I got off of the phone with her or the video with her and was like, wow,

like I have so much to think about coming out of that interview. So today's guest is

Danielle McGue. She is a professor. And she talks a lot about career pivots and burnout based on her

own story that she went through, which frankly mirrors my own a lot, which was pretty cool.

But it's one of those conversations that goes way beyond what I expected. Like we started there,

right, with career pivots and identity.

And we end up in dating and performativity.

I think I'm pronouncing that right theory.

And she has so many little phrases that just made me go, oh shit, yeah, I love that.
