For the remote thing, I would say it's not a whole lot different from the local.

You still need people that you rely on.

You still need people to do the things that you don't want to do.

Now you just have to form those relationships via the phone or via Zoom like we're doing here kind of face-to-face-esque.

And then you go do the thing.

beginning of his investing career. He's been 100% a remote investor. And so he has a really good

perspective on how do you do that? How do you pick a market? How do you pick a team locally that you can trust property managers,

contractors, things like that? What types of property should you focus on? How do you run the

numbers on those? So we go into all the specific details of what it looks like to be a remote investor.

And what I love about Michael is he's also transparent about the good and the bad. He shares some

mistakes he's made. Hopefully those are ones you can learn from and not have to make the same
