I find them to be kind of like the porridge and the little bears where it's like just right,

you know, it's right in the middle.

So what happens with long term rentals is they're easier, but they are really hard to cash

flow these days.

So we've got really high prices still that are slowly coming down but not fast enough,

and then high interest rates that are just like ticking up.

So now with medium term or midterm, you can you can cash flow, which helps people a lot

just getting in.

which is really fascinating. She's taking a journey, starting with just renting an extra bedroom

in her house or her condo using Airbnb to growing and changing from just doing short-term rentals

to doing medium-term rentals. And we talk about the benefits of different types of rentals.
