I'm excited to talk about this

because a lot of times, I don't dive deep a lot

on the tactical stuff.

I bring in experts for that.

But I have my little passion points

in the nutrition and fitness and weight loss journey.

And this is something that I've been experimenting with on my own

transformation protocol and it's working really well I've started to dabble with

it and teach it to other people inside my membership it's working really well for them and I think that it could be a little

game changer tool like I say you know we got to find the right tool for the right job

making little tweaks little little tiny protocol shifts and we can get you know a little bit more

the the juice out every time that we squeeze and put some effort into our transformation so

before we dive into that, just a quick reminder,
