I've got three briefs for you this morning that are shaping America and the world.

First up, the global reactions are in about Donald Trump's tariff plans with China and Mexico ready to rumble.

Second, Mr. Trump's victory is already reshaping America. We'll talk about how looking at a win

project in New York and how Walmart is now ditching their plans for diversity, equity, and

inclusion. Third, we go around the world this morning for some really important news,

starting especially with possible French and British troops heading to Ukraine. We will also

cover the latest from the Baltic Sea, the Philippines, and thank God some good news out of the

Middle East. But before we get to that, let's get to our top story of the morning. Donald Trump's

pledge to levy 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada, along with upwards of 70% on China. That has

rocked financial markets globally and caused a lot of pearl clutching over the past 48 hours. So let's

start this morning in China, where President Xi's Communist Party

said yesterday first that the Trump allegation that they are not cooperating in this war against

fentanyl is absurd. Quote, the idea of China knowingly allowing fentanyl precursors to flow into

the United States runs completely counter to facts and reality." End quote.

But by way of quick fact check, actually Trump is right, as NPR has reported, Beijing

financially subsidizes the labs that create these fentanyl chemicals.

Moreover, we know that China operates the world's largest surveillance system on the planet from cameras to

social credit scores. In other words, President Xi and his regime know exactly who operates

these labs from the owners to the chemists along with the salesman, and he will crack down on
