Summary

IS not for me. I do not accept it. Sometimes it comes knocking at my door, but I do not invite it in.

Society would have you believe that our kids must come first, but I think, in order to serve them best, YOU must come first.

In todays episode I share how I overcome “mom guilt” and the thought swaps I use that serve me better in showing up for me, WHILE I am showing up for them.

Press play and lean into the idea that mom guilt is a totally optional social construct, and I invite you to politely decline. Join me to show you how.

See you inside 💥
