It's one of the first things that we thought about when we

started amazing if about five years ago. I remember the day that we were in my house and we were

just brainstorming. We had post-it notes everywhere all over the windows and we were trying to

gather all of our thoughts and strengths was one of the ones that we knew was most important and

most valuable to people when they were thinking about how to have a happy career essentially. It was just one of those core things that we knew we had

to address. And it was Emma Hopkins actually on Instagram, I think, who gave us the

prompt to cover it now on our podcast. So thank you to her. And actually, thank you to all of our

Instagram and Twitter followers. And I'd just quickly say that it's so rewarding to get all of the feedback from people.

I feel like we're building up a really nice community in those places.
