and you can make choices about them and be more in control of them. So I really feel that

curiosity is becoming a really important, almost super skill to have in your kind of skill set

basket. And that is the topic that we're going to be going to do today. And it's really important

to be a bit more conscious, I think, about curiosity. We're all creatures of habits, and that means that we tend to read the

same things or watch the same things or talk to the same people. And cultivating your curiosity

requires you to break some of those habits. So today is all about telling you our experiences
