In this episode, I want to talk about don't look back.

Man, some people spend their whole lives looking back,

their whole careers looking back. The big problem, one of the huge problems with looking

back is you can start to feel like a victim because you're finding something that didn't go

well, someone who did you wrong, something normally you couldn't control that you believe

held you back and you keep borrowing

energy and credibility from that to explain why you're not doing better today. There's nothing

that will cause you to think like a victim faster, more often, more deeply than by continuing

to look back on things that have already happened that you can't do

anything about.

In fact, let me hit you with an early bullet in this episode.

The number one thing most people are victims of is their own stinking thinking.

It's not where they were born, their parents, their ethnicity, their religion, their gender.

It's the way they think.
