I want to talk with you on the topic.

Grow or go.

Grow or go. I really do think you have two choices. You can grow or

you can go. And you may say, well, go where? Well, you go somewhere. It's not where you want to go.

If you stop growing, you usually will go on a plateau or you will go into decline or you will go

out the door eventually. But none of those are really good options. So I want to talk about it.

And growth is not automatic. This is one of the big fallacies people think because they show up,

they grow up, right? But growth is not automatic. Now death is automatic. Growth has to be intentional.

Some people grow old. They don't grow smart. They grow old. They don't grow up. You

have to work on it. And so I'm going to talk about some steps for deliberately,

intentionally, more systematically growing yourself so you can live the game change your life.

Get above playmaker status, that person who occasionally brings the effort, energy, enthusiasm,

excellence, passion, attitude, focus, and integrity, and you are more consistently bringing

those things to get into an entirely different league.
