How to deal intelligently with stupidity. Now, some of the snowflakes

are already melting, thinking, oh, this is going to be an offensive episode. They're running off,

scurring off to their safe space. But please let me explain what I'm talking about here. We all do

stupid things from time to time, right? It's part of our human journey.

But I'm talking about the people, maybe they're on your team, you work with them, they're

in another department, they work for you. Maybe you work for them. All right, and they continually

do stupid things. I mean, stupidity dominates their life, their conversation, their actions,

their value system, their decision-making mechanisms. It just seems to dominate more often than

not. They're saying or doing something stupid. Well, the fact is we all deal with that from time

to time, but we have to know how to deal with it intelligently to where you're not taken out of your zone and so much of your own momentum is broken or your own morale is lost or your own passion is drain because you're not dealing intelligently with stupidity.

And so we're going to talk about a few ways to do that to help you.
