Today's Swole Fam spotlight is from Beth, and she writes, I joined the Swole Fam officially in November, quit my job of nine years, and to pursue something I thought was a great opportunity and got

laid off after seven months with my new company. Starting off in 2021 with some unknowns, but let me tell

you, 2020 made me grow as a person mentally, physically and emotionally, and I'm here for it.

I'm meditating for the first time in my life, lifting without injuries myself,

regaining my former dancer flexibility,

and also have grown closer to my husband and five girls by just staying consistent

despite the changes.

I'm stronger than I've ever been.

So that's a great start.
