Hey guys welcome to episode number 269.

Today is... 69. This is going to be pretty much an impromptu kind of last minute

podcast. I pivoted shifted gears a little bit and went in a different direction I have

a couple guests lined up in the next couple weeks but I switch some things around move some things back a week or two just because

I don't even know where to where to start but I'm just gonna just gonna jump right in and

start talking because I got a I just I had to get some things off my chest and I was

gonna just do a social media post today, but it takes me forever to write and kind of organize my thoughts when it's written word.

Plus more could be lost in translation if somebody just skims over,

you know, a couple paragraphs that you wrote.

So I wanted to talk so people I could just kind of think out loud, speak and you could you could hear the the tone and the inflection in my voice.
