Today I'm going to sit down and talk with Nancy DeMoss-Wogamuth.

Now, Nancy is an author, a teacher, and a host of an international radio broadcast called Revive Our Hearts.

Her ministry has literally impacted millions around the world.

Something unique about Nancy's story is that she got married for the first time at the age of 57. So she has a lot to

teach us both as married and single Christians about following and falling in love with Jesus,

really no matter what season of life you're in. In this episode, I'm going to talk to Nancy about

her surprise at even thinking about marriage for the first time at the age of 57

and how this was actually a faith venture for her. We'll talk about the joys and challenges

of becoming one with another person after being a single woman for most of her life.

Anna I'm going to ask her an important question that people often ask me as single women, which is,

if marriage and sexual intimacy are part of this metaphor for our relationship with God, aren't

single people missing out on something very special?

I'd love to ask a little bit about what you've experienced personally over the last, is it, three years to celebrate your third

anniversary? We actually celebrate months because Robert was 67 when we got married. I was 57,

and we're not going to live long enough to do what our friends are doing with 50 anniversaries, 50 years. So we celebrate every month. We do a lunerversary. I love that. So we just had our 36th month anniversary, but it was all our third year. That's so cool, because you'll get to the 50th before you know it. We're going to catch up to some of you. You have to have a big party and big trip.

So we do cards and I have probably, we have between us, the world's largest collection of anniversary cards.

And we'll do something, you know, it doesn't have to be big or dramatic.

But yeah, three years.
